Come and spend the morning learning how to make a stunning 3D Christmas Star. We will be using an English paper piecing technique to make the star and it will all be completely hand sewn. The star can be made in three different sizes, and either with a ribbon to hang, or with a hole in the side so that it could adorn the top of a Christmas tree - you choose!

The ‘Come and Try …’ sessions have been designed as a relaxed, informal morning where a new quilting or patchwork technique will be tried. Over the months these sessions will help to increase skills, knowledge and passion for sewing. These sessions are proving very popular - so book early! A lovely morning guaranteed with like minded people and a new skill or two!

Materials will be provided for this session - but if you do have any fabric that you will like to incorporate please do bring them along. This is a great way of using up those Christmas remnants!

All classes are held in our stable studio in the beautiful village of Isfield. Please note that the studio is 80 metres approximately from the driveway along a gravel path - so those will mobility difficulties please take note. Due to the studio’s idyllic position the nearest toilet is back up the path in the main house.

If, for any unforseen reasons the class has to be cancelled firstly a new date will be offered and you may either transfer to the new date or a refund will be issued. Should you need to change your booking please get in touch with Kelly as soon as possible to discuss alternative plans.
